Fans will decide the order of this year’s GOAL50 lists but our correspondents are also sharing their picks during the voting period

With voting under way in this year’s GOAL50, fans around the world are having their say on which men’s and women’s players had the best 2021. 

Our team of correspondents are also getting involved, revealing their top 10s this week.

  What a talent! A goalscoring machine whose numbers speak for themselves. Haaland has been sensational for Dortmund and Norway, and that big move to one of the biggest clubs in the world must now be just a matter of time.
